A coating is provided on the inside surface of the shell in the regions of high field strength, said coating being made of a composite material based on a polycrystalline material with a bulk particle conductivity of 1 nS/cm – 0.1 pS/cm, each particle having a nanolayer of binding inorganic material on the surface thereof.

На внутренней поверхности оболочки в областях с высокой напряженностью поля выполнено покрытие из композиционного материала на основе поликристаллического материала с объемной проводимостью частиц 1 нСм/см - 0,1 пСм/см, каждая из которых содержит на своей поверхности нанослой скрепляющего неорганического материала.
