The present invention relates to a medical service system using an RFID for providing a prompt and efficient medical service by implementing examination reception process automatically through a reader placed at the entrance of a hospital and at each of the departments for detecting the entry of a patient card, and by enabling the issuing of a receipt and a prescription without visiting the reception counter after the examination is complete.

이를 위한 본 발명의 RFID를 이용한 의료 서비스 시스템은 환자 정보가 기록된 RFID 태그가 탑재된 환자용 카드; 병원의 출입구에 설치되어 환자용 카드가 출입구로 진입하는 경우 RFID 태그 정보를 판독하는 출입문 리더기; 출입문 리더기로부터 수신된 RFID 태그 정보로부터 환자 정보를 검출하고 검출된 환자 정보로부터 이전 진료 내역을 조회하여 환자 정보와 진료 과목 정보를 포함하는 진료 접수 요청 신호를 전송하는 관리 서버; 각 진료과에 설치되어 관리 서버로부터 진료 접수 요청 신호를 수신하면 환자에 대한 진료 접수 처리를 수행하고, 인식 범위 내에 환자용 카드의 진입이 감지되면 RFID 태그로부터 환자 정보를 검출하여 진료 접수 처리를 수행하면서 관리 서버로 환자 정보를 포함하는 진료 접수 처리 신호를 전송하는 진료과 리더기; 각 진료과에 설치되어 진료과 리더기에서 생성된 진료 접수 처리 신호에 따라 환자명과 진료 순서를 디스플레이하는 전광판; 및 각 진료실에 설치되어 진찰자에 의해 입력된 진료 내역 및 처방전 데이터를 환자용 카드의 RFID 태그에 기록하는 진료실 리더기를 포함하되, 관리 서버는 출입문 리더기에서 수신된 환자 정보에 기초하여 특정 진료과 리더기로 진료 접수 요청 신호를 전송한 상태에서, 다른 진료과 리더기로부터 해당 환자의 진료 접수 처리 신호를 수신하는 경우 진료 접수 취소 요청신호를 특정 진료과 리더기로 전송한다.
