في حال وجود طفل معال يتابع دراسته في مركز عمل الموظف لدى الإعلان عن فرض ”قيود على اصطحاب الأسر“ لدواعٍ أمنية، يطبق ما يلي: عند احتياج الطفل للالتحاق بمدرسة ثانية بسبب إعلان فرض ”قيود على اصطحاب الأسر“ لأغراض أمنية، يجوز الإذن بمنحة تعليم إضافية لحضور المدرسة الثانية للفترة نفسها، بشرط أن يتمكن الموظف من أن يثبت أنه بذل كل جهد معقول لاسترداد الرسوم المدرسية المدفوعة مسبقا من المدرسة الكائنة في مركز العمل الذي أجلي أو نُقل منه الطفل.

In the case of a dependent child studying at the staff member’s duty station when “family restrictions” for security purposes have been declared, the following shall apply: when the child needs to attend a second school owing to the declaration of “family restrictions” for security purposes, additional education grant for attending the second school may be authorized for the same period, provided that the staff member can demonstrate that she or he has made every reasonable effort to obtain reimbursement of advance school fees from the school at the duty station from which the child was evacuated or relocated.

Lorsqu’un enfant à charge poursuit des études dans le lieu d’affectation du fonctionnaire et que les conditions de sécurité motivent l’application de restrictions concernant les membres de la famille, les conditions suivantes s’appliquent : si les conditions de sécurité sont telles que l’enfant doit être inscrit dans un autre établissement, le versement d’une indemnité supplémentaire pour frais d’études peut être autorisé pour la même période sous réserve que le fonctionnaire puisse prouver qu’il a fait tout son possible pour obtenir le remboursement des frais de scolarité auprès du premier établissement, c’est-à-dire celui se trouvant dans le lieu d’affectation dans lequel un ordre d’évacuation a été donné.

в случаях, когда находящийся на иждивении ребенок посещает учебное заведение, расположенное в месте службы сотрудника, и объявляется введение «ограничений для членов семей» по причинам безопасности, применяется следующее положение: если в результате введения «ограничений для членов семей» по причинам безопасности этому ребенку приходится сменить учебное заведение, может быть разрешена выплата дополнительной субсидии на образование для оплаты обучения во втором учебном заведении за тот же период при условии, что сотрудник может доказать, что ею или им были приложены все разумные усилия, чтобы добиться возмещения предоплаты за обучение от учебного заведения в месте службы, из которого эвакуировался или переехал данный ребенок.
