Now, in their 23rd assembly, the 38 entities that make up the Eixo Atlántico have expressed their desire to obtain a high-speed train between La Coruña and Lisbon by 2017 through action focused on mobility between Porto and Vigo, a line that Portugal may improve by electrifying a sixty-kilometre stretch thereof.
