A method for manufacturing a unit cell of a direct carbon fuel cell comprising a cylindrical fuel electrode supporter, according to one embodiment of the technical idea of the present invention, comprises the steps of: forming a cylindrical fuel electrode supporter; forming a fuel electrode, an electrolytic layer, and an air electrode on the inside of the fuel electrode supporter; forming an internal current collector on the inside of the air electrode; forming an alumina tube on the inside of the internal current collector; and forming an external current collector on the fuel electrode supporter, wherein the fuel electrode is made of a nickel paste, and the air electrode is made of LSCo paste.

Selon un mode de réalisation de l'idée technique, la présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pile unitaire d'une pile à combustible directe au carbone comprenant un support cylindrique d'électrode à combustible, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : former un support cylindrique d'électrode à combustible ; former une électrode à combustible, une couche électrolytique et une électrode à air sur l’intérieur du support d'électrode à combustible ; former un collecteur de courant interne sur l'intérieur de l'électrode à air ; former un tube d'alumine sur l'intérieur du collecteur de courant interne ; et former un collecteur de courant externe sur le support d'électrode à combustible, l'électrode à combustible étant constituée de pâte de nickel et l'électrode à air étant constituée de pâte LSCo.
