Ein chirurgisches Instrument (1) mit einem Schaft (2), an dessen proximalem Ende eine Handbetätigungseinrichtung (7, 11) und an dessen distalem Ende eine Mauleinrichtung (4, 5) angeordnet ist, deren beide Maulteile (4. 5) relativ zueinander von einer Betätigungsstange (13) bewegbar sind, die sich über die Länge des Schaftes (2) erstreckt und die an ihrem proximalen Ende in Betätigungseingriff mit einem beweglichen Griffstück (11) der Handbetätigungseinrichtung (7, 11) steht, welches von Hand relativ zu einem feststehenden Griffstück (7) bewegbar ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Umstelleinrichtung (10, 9, 16, 17; 10, 20, 22) vorgesehen ist, mit der das Verhältnis der Bewegungsrichtung der Maulteile (4, 5) zu der Bewegungsrichtung der Griffstücke (7, 11) umstellbar ist.

A surgical instrument (1) comprising a shaft (2), having a manual actuating device (7, 11) at the proximal end and a jaw device (4, 5) at the distal end, wherein both jaw parts (4, 5) can be moved relative to each other by an actuating rod (13) that extends over the length of the shaft (2) and that, at the proximal end, is in actuating engagement with a moveable handle piece (11) of the manual actuating device (7, 11) which can be moved manually relative to a stationary handle piece (7), characterized in that an adjustment device (10, 9, 16, 17; 10, 20, 22) is provided, with which the ratio of the movement direction of the jaw parts (4, 5) to the movement direction of the handle pieces (7, 11) can be changed.

La présente invention concerne un instrument chirurgical (1) doté d'une tige (2) à l'extrémité proximale de laquelle est agencé un système d'actionnement manuel (7, 11) et à l'extrémité distale de laquelle est agencé un système à mâchoires (4, 5) dont les deux mâchoires (4, 5) peuvent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre par une tige d'actionnement (13) qui s'étend le long de la tige (2) et qui se situe sur son extrémité proximale, en prise d'actionnement avec une pièce de préhension mobile (11) du système d'actionnement manuel (7, 11), laquelle pièce peut être déplacée manuellement par rapport à une pièce de préhension (7) fixe. Cet instrument est caractérisé en ce qu'un système de réglage (10, 9, 16, 17 ; 10, 20, 22) est prévu pour permettre de régler le rapport entre le sens de déplacement des mâchoires (4, 5) et le sens de déplacement des pièces de préhension (7, 11).
