وفي ضوء إنجاز صيانة التعيين المادي للحدود الدولية بين العراق والكويت، ووضع ترتيب تقني ثنائي لذلك الغرض، لن يعود من المطلوب منِّي اتخاذ الترتيبات اللازمة.
