لقد دأب مسؤولون رفيعو المستوى في حكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على نحو متكرر وخطير على توجيه سلسلة من الاتهامات الكاذبة التي لا أساس لها البتة ضد كوبا، دون أن يكون هناك أي دليل على الإطلاق، زاعمين أن بلدنا طوَّر قدرة محدودة للبحث والتطوير في مجال الأسلحة البيولوجية.

High-ranking officials of the United States Government have, repeatedly and in a dangerous manner, been launching a series of totally false and unfounded accusations against Cuba, alleging, without any proof whatsoever, that our country has developed a limited capacity for research and development in the field of biological weapons.
