The system is characterized in that a handicapped boarding zone (10) is installed at one side of a bus station (1), Braille blocks and RFID tags for guiding to the handicapped boarding zone (10) are buried under a border between the handicapped boarding zone (10) and a general zone, RFID Braille blocks (20) are installed in the handicapped boarding zone (10), a boarding point tag (11) is installed at the point at which a bus door is located when a bus (2) stops within the handicapped boarding zone (10), and the boarding point tag (11) transmits a signal indicating that the handicapped person has been waiting for the bus to a reader (30) on the bus (2), in response to an RFID stick (40) held by the handicapped person.

본 발명은 버스 정류장에서 버스가 도착하였을 때 시각장애인이 쉽게 정차위치를 알려주고, 시각장애인이 기다리는 버스가 정류장에 도착하였을 때 버스에게 그 사실을 알려주도록 하는 시각장애인용 대중교통 정보 감지 시스템에 관한 것이며, 버스정류장(1)의 일측에 장애인승차구역(10)을 설치하여 경계선에 점형 블록 및 장애인승차구역(10)을 안내하는 RFID태그를 매설하고, 장애인승차구역(10)까지 RFID점형블록(20)이 설치되며, 장애인승차구역(10)내에 버스가 정차하였을 때 버스 문의 위치에 승차위치태그(11)가 설치되고, 승차위치태그(11)는 장애인이 소지한 RFID지팡이(40)와 반응하여 장애인이 기다리고 있음을 버스(2)의 리더기(30)에 송신하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
