Endelig tog de til efterretning, at CIRFS og EATP havde bekraeftet, at der i oejeblikket var underkapacitet til produktion af PP-BCF i Europa, og bemaerkede, at denne underkapacitet havde vaeret endnu mere markant, da CIP foretog den paagaeldende investering.
