15.3.5 Should you suffer an accident aboard one of our aircraft and be killed, be wounded or suffer other bodily injury, or should such an event occur aboard a flight for which we are shown as the Carrier in the document of carriage, we will make, within 15 days of determining who is entitled to compensatory damages, make an advance payment to meet immediate financial needs.

15.3.5 Si vous subissez un accident à bord d'un de nos avions et que vous y perdiez la vie, soyez blessé/e ou subissiez une autre lésion corporelle, ou si un tel fait se produit à bord d'un vol où nous figurons comme transporteur dans votre Billet, nous nous acquitterons, dans un délai de 15 jours après identification des personnes ayants droit à indemnisation, d’une avance pour vous permettre de faire face à vos besoins immédiats en découlant.
