يُعد مرتكباً جريمة مواقعة المحارم من يرتكب الزنا أو اللواط أو الاغتصاب مع أحد أصوله أو فروعه أو أزواجهم أو مع أخيه أو أخته أو أولادها أو عمه أو خاله أو خالته.

Anyone who engages in illicit intercourse, sodomy or rape with an ascendant, a descendant or their spouse, or with his brother, sister or their children, or his paternal or maternal uncle or aunt shall be deemed to have committed the offence of incest.

Todo aquel que mantenga relaciones sexuales ilícitas, sea culpable de sodomía o de violación con un ascendiente, descendiente o cónyuge, hermano, hermana o hijos, tíos o tías será culpable del delito de incesto.

Quiconque a une relation sexuelle illicite avec un ascendant, un descendant ou leur conjoint, ou avec son frère, sa sœur ou leurs enfants, ou son oncle ou sa tante paternels ou maternels, ou qui commet un acte de sodomie ou un viol sur l’une de ces personnes, est réputé avoir commis un inceste.
