وواصلت البعثة تقديم المساعدة التقنية وتبادل خبراتها الدولية المقارَنة مع لجنة الصياغة وتجمع الأقليات التابعين لمجلس النواب في عملية صياغة التشريعات المتعلقة بحظر الخطاب المحرّض على الكراهية وقانون مكافحة التمييز، فضلا عن القانون المنصوص عليه بموجب المادة 125 من الدستور بشأن حماية وتعزيز حقوق الأقليات.

UNAMI continued to provide technical assistance and share its international comparative experience with the Council of Representatives’ drafting committee and minority caucus in the process of drafting legislation on the prohibition of hate speech and an anti-discrimination law, as well as legislation mandated by article 125 of the Constitution on the protection and promotion of the rights of minorities.
