Can the Minister confirm that the WDA is not discussing the withdrawal of £20 million from its business support budget to put it towards making up the £20 million shortfall in the Pathway to Prosperity fund ? If the WDA must now reimburse the Minister to the tune of £20 million , that totally contradicts the Minister's statement to Committee on 22 January
