Demonstriert werden die Lösung des Sigmas vom Retroperitoneum, die Unterbindung der A. und V. mesenterica inferior unter Schonung des Plexus hypogastricus sowie die zirkuläre Freipräparation des Mesorektums unter Schonung der hypogastrischen Nerven bis zum Beckenboden dargestellt.

Stepwise the mobilization of the sigma, ligation of the inferior mesenteric artery and vein, preserving of the autonomic nerve plexuses, dissection of the mesorectum and preservation of the inferior hypogastric nerves are demonstrated.
