In order to implement various labour welfare schemes, the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board receives contribution from the employees and employers of the Factories, Plantations, Motor Transport Undertakings, Shops and Catering Establishments etc. The contribution of employees of the above establishments has been enhanced from Rs.7/to Rs.10/-and contribution of employers has been enhanced from Rs.14 /-to Rs.20/-per worker per year and the contribution of Government of Tamil Nadu from Rs.7/-to Rs.10/-with effect from January 2015.

தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு நலத்திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்துவதற்காக, தொழிற்சாலைகள், தோட்ட நிறுவனங்கள், மோட்டார் போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனங்கள், கடைகள், உணவு நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் இதர நிறுவனங்களில் பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்கள், அவர்தம் வேலையளிப்பவர்கள் ஆகியோரிடமிருந்து தொழிலாளர் நல நிதியை தமிழ்நாடு தொழிலாளர் நல வாரியம் பெறுகிறது.
