The present invention relates to a safety management system and to a method for same, including: a job safety analysis (JSA) report creation module which displays the JSA report creation screen and creates the JSA report on the basis of information input by a user; a storage module for storing the JSA report as a DB and for storing, as a DB, task risk factor information generated for each unit task referenced and utilized in the JSA report; and an inventory module for managing the JSA report and the task risk factor information stored in the storage module, and for creating a new JSA report or new task risk factor information in accordance with a request by the JSA report creation module.

본 발명은 안전관리 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 작업 안전 분석(Job Safety Analysis, JSA)을 위한 작업 안전 분석서의 작성 화면을 표시하고, 사용자에 의해 입력된 정보에 근거하여 상기 작업 안전 분석서를 작성하는 JSA 작성모듈; 상기 JSA 작성모듈에 의해 작성된 상기 작업 안전 분석서를 데이터베이스(Database; DB) 화하여 저장하고, 상기 작업 안전 분석서에 참조 활용될 수 있는 각 단위직무별로 작성된 직무 위험요소 정보를 DB 화하여 저장하는 저장 모듈; 및 상기 저장 모듈에 저장된 상기 작업 안전 분석서 및 상기 직무 위험요소 정보를 관리하고, 상기 JSA 작성모듈의 요청에 의해 신규 작업 안전 분석서 또는 신규 직무 위험요소 정보를 생성하는 인벤토리 모듈;을 포함한다.
