Method: An interpretative qualitative model was used (Grounded Theory) to analyze data from 13 semi-structured interviews conducted among children between the ages of 8 and 16 years living with their mothers who have diagnoses of schizophrenia, major depression or bipolar disorder.

Método: Se utilizó un modelo cualitativo interpretativo (la teoría fundamentada) aplicado a 13 entrevistas semiestructuradas realizadas en niños con edades entre 8 y 16 años que viven con la madre que tiene esquizofrenia, depresión mayor o trastorno afectivo bipolar.
