فإذا كــان لهما ولــد معال أو أولاد معالـون، يطبَّق معــدل المعيل على الزوج ذي المرتب الأعلى ومعدل غير المعيل على الزوج الآخر.

If they have a dependent child or children, the dependency rate shall apply to the spouse having the higher salary level and the single rate to the other spouse.
