واقترح، بشأن الفقرة الفرعية 10-3-2 (ب)، أن يكون على الناقل واجب بأن يقبل مستند النقل القابل للتداول، وإذا لم يطالب حائز المستند بتسليم البضائع فيكون على الناقل واجب إبلاغ الطرف المسيطر.

The suggestion was made with respect to subparagraph 10.3.2 (b), that the carrier should have the obligation of accepting the negotiable transport document, and that if the holder of the document did not claim delivery of the goods, then the carrier should have the obligation of notifying the controlling party.
