Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Führen von flächigen Endlosmaterialien in Form von Folien, dünnen Blechen u. ä. über Umlenkvorrichtungen, an denen diese Folien und dünnen Bleche einen Richtungswechsel erfahren, wobei das Endlosmaterial über eine Richtungsablenkeinheit mit einer gekrümmten Ablenkfläche läuft, wobei seine Richtung geändert wird und an der Ablenkeinheit (11) wenigstens ein Schwingungserzeuger (10) so angeordnet ist, daß der Schwingungserzeuger die Ablenkeinheit (11) zu Schwingungen anregt und daß an der gekrümmten Ablenkfläche 1 Schalldruckwellen entstehen, die das vorbeilaufende Endlosmaterial an der gekrümmten Ablenkfläche 1 beabstandet halten.

The invention relates to an arrangement for guiding endless planar materials, in the form of sheets, thin metal plates and the like, over deflecting arrangements, on which these sheets and thin metal plates undergo a change in direction, wherein the endless material runs over a deflecting unit having a curved deflecting surface, and wherein the endless material is changed in direction, and at least one vibration generator (10) is arranged on the deflecting unit (11) such that the vibration generator causes the deflecting unit (11) to vibrate, and that sound-pressure waves are produced at the curved deflecting surface (1), and these waves keep the endless materials spaced apart as they run past the curved deflecting surface (1).
