وإذ تنوه بالجهود المبذولة لإذكاء الوعي بحقوق الأشخاص المتأثرين باضطرابات طيف التوحد واضطرابات النمو وما يتصل بها من أشكال الإعاقة، ومنها الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للتوعية بمرض التوحد، وهي الجهود التي أدت إلى زيادة اهتمام الجمهور على الصعيد الدولي بالتوحد وسائر أشكال إعاقة النمو،
