The call for proposals for the PRD programme to which the Honourable Member refers was included in the 2009 Annual Work Programme for Grants for Cooperation with Industrialised Countries(1) document which set out the objectives and priorities for action as well as the criteria against which all applications received would be assessed.

De oproep tot het indienen van voorstellen voor het programma „Policy Research and Debate” (PRD), waar het geachte Parlementslid naar verwijst, maakt deel uit van het jaarlijks werkprogramma 2009 voor subsidies voor samenwerking met geïndustrialiseerde landen(1), waarin de doelstellingen en prioriteiten voor acties zijn opgesomd evenals de criteria voor de beoordeling van alle ontvangen aanvragen.
