To this end, a wind collecting device (30) for collecting and blowing wind is formed separately to concentrate wind on the wind scooping windmills (10), thereby strengthening rotational force; an anti-headwind device (50) for shielding headwinds that resist the rotation is installed; and a fish-shaped aileron (60) is coupled to a rear end portion of the wind collection device (30) and the anti-headwind device (50).

또 위와 같은 바람바가지형 풍차(20)를 자동차의 지붕에 횡으로 상, 하 2중으로 장치하여 자동차가 주행함으로써 발생하는 강한 주행풍을 활용하여 풍력발전 날개를 회전시키고, 자동차의 트렁크 내의 적당한 공간에 설치한 발전기를 연계, 가동시켜서, 여기서 발전된 전기를 차내에 별도로 탑재한 하이브리드 자동차용 리튬이온 축전지에 축전하여 하이브리드 자동차에 사용함으로써 주행거리를 늘리는데 사용하고 전기자동차에도 사용한다.
