ويكون الملتمس الدستوري في شكل طلب كتابي موجه إلى المحكمة الدستورية في أوكرانيا بشأن الاعتراف بعدم دستورية إجراء قانوني، أو البت في دستورية معاهدة دولية أو ضرورة تقديم تفسير رسمي للدستور والقوانين السارية في أوكرانيا.

The constitutional petition shall be a written application to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on recognition of a legal act as unconstitutional, on determination of the constitutionality of an international treaty or on the necessity of the official interpretation of the Constitution of Ukraine and laws of Ukraine.

La petición constitucional consiste en una solicitud escrita dirigida al Tribunal Constitucional de Ucrania en relación con el reconocimiento de la inconstitucionalidad de una disposición legal, la determinación de la constitucionalidad de un tratado internacional o la necesidad de interpretación oficial de la Constitución y las leyes de Ucrania.

Le recours est introduit par écrit auprès de la Cour constitutionnelle d’Ukraine; il est demandé à la Cour de reconnaître qu’une loi est inconstitutionnelle, de déterminer la constitutionnalité d’un instrument international, ou encore de déterminer la nécessité d’une interprétation officielle de la Constitution et des lois ukrainiennes.
