본 발명은 배타적 분자 오비탈 분포를 갖는 분자 오비탈 라이브러리를 이용한 확장된 R-분자 오비탈 라이브러리의 구축 방법 및 이를 이용한 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 다양한 패턴으로 고유한 분자 오비탈 분포 영역 특성을 대표할 수 있는 확장된 R-분자 오비탈 라이브러리를 통하여 정량적으로 분자 오비탈 분포 영역을 정확하게 평가할 수 있으며, 정량적인 분자 오비탈 분포 평가의 적용 범위를 크게 확대시켜 분자 오비탈 정보가 물질 개발에서 보다 체계적으로 이용할 수 있다.
