본 발명은 인공치아가 측방향의 외압이나 다양한 방향의 교합력에 의한 충격을 보다 더 효과적으로 완충시킬 수 있으며, 시술하기 쉬우며, 내구성이 크게 연장되어 임플란트의 사용 수명을 연장할 수 있는 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로서, 상부에 축공을 형성하고 턱뼈에 식립되는 고정체; 및 상기 고정체의 축공에 삽입되어 상기 고정체와 탄성 결합되는 하부 체결축부와, 보철물이 장착되는 상부 장착부로 이루어진 지대주를 포함하는 치과용 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 지대주의 하부 체결축부에 그 하단이 위치하는 적어도 하나의 수평 관통홀로 이루어진 충격 완충부를 구비하고, 상기 충격 완충부의 외주면에 탄성체결부가 형성되고, 그 체결축부가 결합되는 고정체의 축공 내면에는 지대주의 탄성 체결부에 대응되는 대응체결부가 형성되어, 체결축부가 축공에 결합될 경우 탄성적으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 임플란트를 제공한다.
