The Commission is aware of government Decree 128/2020 of 17 April 2020, ordering the State supervision of Kartonpack Nyrt, a publicly traded company, and the ensuing decision of the government commissioner to replace the company’s directors and supervisory board members with people associated with the governing party.

(IV. 17.) kormányrendelet elrendelte a Kartonpack Nyrt. – egy nyilvánosan működő részvénytársaság – állami felügyelet alá vonását, valamint arról is, hogy ezt követően a kormánybiztos döntése nyomán a társaság vezetői és felügyelőbizottsági tagjai helyébe a kormánypárttal kapcsolatban álló személyek léptek.
