Biological methanol oil prepared from illegal cooking oil products is characterized in that the biological methanol oil is formed by fully stirring the illegal cooking oil products, that is, 3 to 35 parts of emulsifiers and 2 to 25 parts of water by weight, so as to form an emulsion; standing for 10 to 24 hours and then stirring and mixing the emulsion with 40 to 95 parts of methanol, and standing for 4 to 8 hours.
