وتكمن وراء هذا الإجراء إرادة سياسية خبيثة لتشويه صورة جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية على الصعيد الدولي وجعل البلدان الأخرى تشعر بعدم الارتياح في التعامل معها، وبالتالي خنق اقتصادها بشكل عام بما في ذلك قطاع صناعة الذخائر والمجال المدني على حد سواء.

Lurking behind this action is a sinister political intention to tarnish the international image of the DPRK, to make other countries feel uneasy about dealing with it and thus to suffocate its overall economy, including the munitions industry and the civilian field.
