Henczel (Poland), Marta Maurás (Chile) and Faisal Bin Hassan Trad (Saudi Arabia) will propose to the President of the Council a list of candidates for the new mandate holders for the following mandates to be appointed at the twenty-eighth session: Special Rapporteur on the negative impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights, and Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia.
