Access nodes compute and judge whether the following access conditions are satisfied according to the link bandwidth information issued by the way nodes: if the sum of the reserved bandwidth of each service type being not lower than the access priority and corresponding to the access LSP in the link adds new access bandwidth request of the service type, and the results are all not larger than respective bandwidth restriction, then the LSP is allowed to be accessed; otherwise, the reserved bandwidth sum of each service type in the link is computed and added with the bandwidth sum which is newly accessed in the LSP, if the result is not larger than the largest reserved bandwidth of the link, then the LSP is allowed to be accessed.

Les noeuds d'accès calculent et déterminent, selon l'information de largeur de bande de liaison envoyée par les noeuds du chemin, si les conditions suivantes sont remplies: dans le cas où la somme de bande passante réservée pour chaque type de service correspondant au LSP d'accès dans le lien n'est pas inférieure à la file d'attente d'accès, une demande de nouvelle bande passante d'accès est effectuée en fonction du type de service; dans le cas contraire, si la somme de la somme de bande passante réservée pour chaque type de service dans le lien et de la somme de bande passante du nouvel LSP d'accès n'est pas supérieure à la bande passante la plus large du lien, alors l'accès au LSP peut être effectué.
