تزويد مجلس الأمن، عن طريق اللجنة، وفي موعد غايته 15 يوما قبل انتهاء ولاية فريق الرصد، بتقرير نهائي يغطي جميع المهام المبينة أعلاه كي ينظر فيه المجلس؛
