وعلى ضوء المشكلات الموجزة أعلاه، إلى جانب أهمية مرفق خدمات تقديم الطعام لراحة موظفي المنظمات التي مقرها فيينا، يرى المفتش أنه ينبغي لليونيدو، تحقيقاً للشفافية وتيسيراً لإجراء مزيدٍ من الحوار بين المنظمات التي مقرها فيينا، أن تضع تقرير المراجعة الداخلية لخدمات تقديم الطعام بمركز فيينا الدولي في متناول الرؤساء التنفيذيين لمكتب الأمم المتحدة بفيينا والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية ومنظمة معاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، وأيضاً في متناول أعضاء اللجنة الاستشارية لخدمات تقديم الطعام واللجنة الاستشارية للخدمات العامة.

Bearing in mind the problems outlined above, as well as the importance of the catering facility for the wellbeing of the staff of the VBOs, the Inspector is of the view that in the interests of transparency, and to facilitate further dialogue between the VBOs, UNIDO should make the report of the internal audit of the VIC catering services available to the Executive Heads of UNOV, IAEA and CTBTO, as well as members of the CATAC and the CCCS.

Teniendo en cuenta los problemas señalados anteriormente y la importancia de los servicios de comedor y cafetería para el bienestar del personal de las organizaciones con sede en Viena, el Inspector considera que, en aras de la transparencia, y para facilitar el ulterior diálogo entre las organizaciones con sede en Viena, la ONUDI debe facilitar el informe de la auditoria interna de los servicios de comedor y cafetería del CIV a los Jefes Ejecutivos de la ONUV y la OTPCE, así como a los miembros del Comité Asesor de los servicios de comedor y cafetería y del CCSC.

Étant donné les problèmes esquissés ci-dessus, ainsi que l’importance du service de restauration pour le bien-être du personnel des organisations sises à Vienne, l’inspecteur estime que, dans un souci de transparence et pour faciliter le futur dialogue entre les organisations sises à Vienne, l’ONUDI devrait communiquer le rapport d’audit interne des services de restauration au CIV aux chefs de secrétariat de l’ONUV, de l’AIEA et de l’OTICE, ainsi qu’aux membres du Comité consultatif des services de restauration et du Comité consultatif sur les services communs.

Ввиду проблем, отмеченных выше, а также важного значения системы общественного питания для благополучия сотрудников ОБВ Инспектор считает, что в интересах транспарентности и для облегчения дальнейшего диалога между ОБВ ЮНИДО следует представить доклад о внутренней ревизии службы общественного питания в ВМЦ исполнительным главам ЮНОВ, МАГАТЭ и ОДВЗЯИ, а также членам ККОП и ККОС.
