Since the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) made provision for the same period, however, and in view of the fact that the procedure for the amendment of the Annexes of ADR was satisfactory to the Contracting Parties in that respect and that it was desirable to keep some degree of parallelism since the Annexes of ADR and the annexed Regulations of ADN shared some common or mutually dependent provisions, the Conference decided that the text should not be amended
