The present invention relates to an advertising communication service system and an advertising communication service method, and more specifically to an advertising communication service system and an advertising communication service method which provides statistics on an exposure time and an exposure frequency of a video advertisement by displaying the set advertising information on a display unit of a smart phone when connecting a transmitting call of a transmitting smart phone subscriber and transmitting a receiving signal sound of a receiving smart phone subscriber, simultaneously discounts a communication charge according to the exposure, can provide a multimedia advertising service through an advertisement provider on the basis of an existing terminal, and can secure the exposed history information.

본 발명은 광고통화서비스 시스템 및 광고통화서비스 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는, 발신 스마트폰 가입자의 발신호 연결 및 착신 스마트폰 가입자의 착신신호음 송출시 설정된 광고정보가 스마트폰 내 디스플레이부에 표시되도록 함으로써, 동영상 광고에 대한 노출 시간 및 노출 빈도에 대한 통계를 제공함과 동시에 노출에 따라 통신료를 할인하도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 멀티미디어 광고제공 서비스를 기존의 단말기 기반에서 광고 제공자로 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 노출 이력 정보를 확보할 수 있도록 하기 위한 광고통화서비스 시스템 및 광고통화서비스 방법에 관한 것이다.
