Article 14-18.1: When a Party has concerns regarding the interpretation or implementation of this Chapter to its standards-related measures, metrology, or to those of another Party, the Party may seek recourse either through the Committee (on Standards Related Measures) or through the dispute settlement mechanism within the Treaty.

Artículo 14-18.1: Cuando una de las Partes tenga dudas sobre la interpretación y aplicación de este capítulo sobre las medidas de normalización o metrología de la otra Parte, o sobre las medidas relacionadas con ellas, ésta podrá acudir al Comité sobre "Medidas de Normalización" o recurrir al mecanismo de resolución de controversias previsto en este Tratado.
