As for the “Bidun”, Ministerial Decision No. 167 of 2006 on the restructuring of the Committee on the Status of Stateless Persons (the “Bidun”) tasked the Committee with the conduct of a census of persons entitled to nationality who were present in the State prior to the establishment of the Federation and had been counted previously.

En cuanto a los "bidún", mediante la Resolución ministerial No 167, de 2006, relativa a la reestructuración del Comité sobre la condición jurídica de los apátridas ("bidún"), se encomendó al Comité realizar un censo de las personas con derecho a la nacionalidad que se encontraban en el Estado antes del establecimiento de la Federación y habían sido registradas con anterioridad.

Что касается "бидунов" (лиц без гражданства), то в министерском решении No 167 от 2006 года о реорганизации Комитета по делам лиц без гражданства ("бидунов") этому Комитету было дано поручение провести перепись лиц, имеющих право на получение гражданства, которые находились в государстве до создания Федерации и охватывались переписью населения ранее.
