This section is according to the Constitution of Montenegro, Article 90 In case of termination of the term of office of the President, and until the election of the new President and in the case the President is temporarily prevented to perform his functions, his duties shall be assumed by the President of the Assembly and in case the Assembly is dissolved, by the Prime Minister.
