According to the Principal State Prosecutor of the Republic of Burundi, the long‐awaited findings of the inquiry into the murder in 2001 of Professor Léopold Kassy Malan, the representative of the World Health Organization (WHO), should pave the way for a trial in Bujumbura scheduled for March 2003.
