Os oes hysbysiad tystiolaeth wedi’i roi i A, mae’n rhaid i A ei anwybyddu (gan roi gwybod i’r Comisiynydd) os yw A yn credu y byddai cydymffurfio â’r hysbysiad yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol iddo ddatgelu gwybodaeth sydd wedi’i dosbarthu’n sensitif neu wybodaeth arall sy’n ymwneud â gwasanaeth cudd-wybodaeth a nodir yn is-baragraffau (a) i (e).

If A has been issued with an evidence notice, A must disregard it (and notify the Commissioner) if A believes that complying with the notice would require disclosing information classed as sensitive or other information relating to an intelligence service provided in subparagraphs (a) to (e).
