The present invention provides a method of manufacturing structural components for any type of vehicles and other devices, in particular cars and motor cycles, where the components can operate under compressive and/or extensive stress or successive repetitions thereof; in which method two or more spools (3-5) in a fixed, predetermined spatial placement, are used as starting elements, with the formation of rigid rods (8) of yarn (17) therebetween, the rods (8) being built up by the winding of the yarn (17) around and between the spools (3-5) to form a component (2) which may be in either finished or unfinished form.

Dans ce procédé, deux bobines ou davantage (3-5) sont positionnées dans l'espace d'une manière fixe et prédéterminée, et elles sont utilisées comme éléments de départ, pour la formation entre elles de tiges rigides (8) de fil (17), les tiges (8) étant formées par l'enroulement progressif du fil (17) autour et entre les bobines (3-5) pour former un composant (2) qui peut être soit sous une forme finie soit sous une forme non finie.
