6 Das Tribunal de grande instance Alençon hat daher mit Beschluß vom 5 . August 1987 das Verfahren ausgesetzt und dem Gerichtshof folgende Fragen zur Vorabentscheidung vorgelegt :

6 Accordingly, by order of 5 August 1987, the tribunal de grande instance, Alençon, stayed its proceedings and referred the following questions to the Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling :
