Die englischen und die deutschen Zollbehörden reihen das Gerät in die Tarifstelle 84.53 B des GZT ein, während die französischen, die belgischen und die niederländischen Behörden mit der Begründung, das fragliche Gerät ähnele dem in der Verordnung Nr . 551/81 genannten Gerät, der Ansicht sind, es sei in die Tarifstelle 90.07 A des GZT einzureihen, die wie folgt lautet :
