The Red-shouldered Hawk, which is identified on the list of Canadian SAR as a species of "special concern," and Cooper's Hawk, which appears on the Quebec list of species that are rare, threatened or vulnerable (or likely to be designated as such), are two of the species that could be affected by the project.
