본 발명은 고온 고압의 스팀을 이용하여 전지면실의 발아기능을 제거하고 제조과정에서 전분을 호화시켜 호화된 고점도의 전분을 이용한 고강도의 코팅된 가축사료용 전지면실의 제조방법으로서, 본 발명에 따른 고강도의 코팅된 전지면실을 제조하는 제조방법은 전지면실의 발아기능을 제거하여 그 사용과정에서 외래 유전자가 국내 유입되는 것을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있어 국내 식물유전자 환경을 보할 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 제조과정에서 전분을 호화시켜 점도가 증가된 전분을 활용함에 따라 코팅제의 선택폭을 획기적으로 늘릴 수 있다.
