The treaty‐based communications procedures covered in the report were: the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) through its Optional Protocol (OP); the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) through its article 14; the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman and Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT) through its article 22; and the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families (MWC) through its article 77.
