In another case, deliveries of allegedly non-conforming chemicals had been mixed with earlier deliveries of chemicals; thus, even though the buyer showed that glass produced with the chemicals was defective, it could not differentiate which deliveries were the source of the defective chemicals; and since the time to give notice of non-conformity for the earlier deliveries had expired, the buyer failed to prove a lack of conformity: Finally, it has been found that a seller's offer to remedy any defects in the goods did not constitute an admission that the goods lacked conformity
