وتكرر اللجنة توصيتها بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف جميع التدابير اللازمة لتعزيز فعالية مجالس الحماية ولجان الوصاية وأن تتيح لها وكذلك للمؤسسة الوطنية للطفولة الموارد المالية الكافية لتمكينها من تنفيذ ولايتها تنفيذاً كاملاً، ولتعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى إنشاء جميع مجالس الحماية ولجان الوصاية في جميع الكانتونات والأقاليم على التوالي

The Committee reiterates its recommendation that the State party should take all necessary measures to strengthen the effectiveness of the Protection Boards and the Tutelary Committees and provide them, as well as the National Children's Trust (PANI), with adequate financial resources to enable them to fully carry out their mandate, and to strengthen its efforts to establish all Protection Boards and Tutelary Committees in all cantons and districts respectively
