The present invention provides a wind power generating unit and a vertically stacked wind power generation system, the wind power generating unit comprising: a housing provided with an upper plate and a lower plate; an impeller rotatably arranged between the upper plate and the lower plate so as to be rotated by the flow of air introduced between the upper plate and the lower plate; and a power generator which interworks with the rotation of the impeller and generates electricity according to the rotation of the impeller.
